ripmy.pet is a quiet place to remember a pet who has passed. These terms are our promises for using the ripmy.pet website and game (ripmy.pet, test.ripmy.pet) together, written in plain words. By using the service, you agree to them.

What ripmy.pet is

ripmy.pet is an online memorial space for pets. You can meet a 3D companion that looks like your pet, and leave flowers and toys at a memorial seat in the forest as you quietly remember them.

Who can use it, and accounts

• You can browse the site without logging in.
• To keep your forest and pet across devices, sign in with Google.
• During the beta, each account can register one pet.
• Please look after your own account.

Beta notice

ripmy.pet is in early beta. Features may change or go away, and saved data may be reset. If that happens, we will try to tell you ahead of time.

What you share

• What you write or upload (names, memos, photos) stays yours, but you must have the right to share it.
• Please do not post hateful or illegal content, or other people's private information.
• We may remove content like this to keep the space safe.
• We only store and show your content as needed to run the service.

Pet photos

If you use "make a look from a photo", your photo is processed by AI providers only to read coat colour and pattern. See our Privacy Policy for details on how photos are deleted.

Memorial seats

A memorial seat in the forest is a free, revocable licence to use, not ownership. It cannot be sold or transferred. We may reclaim the seat of an inactive account, or one that breaks these terms, after giving notice.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. How, and what gets deleted, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changing or ending the service

The service may change as we improve it, and we may have to pause or stop all or part of it. We will try to give notice of important changes.

Limits of liability

We build ripmy.pet with care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. As a free beta, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for data loss or indirect damages from using the service is limited. We remain responsible where the law says we must be, such as for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and give notice of important changes. If you keep using the service afterwards, you agree to the updated terms.
