When can I start?

We’re preparing for launch. Even before the doors open, you can take an early walk in the in-progress forest.

Does the AI pretend to be my pet?

No. Letters are written by AI from the memories you share, and every one is labeled as AI-written.

Can I get counseling?

For now, AI listens to your story. We plan to work with pet-loss professionals in the future. If you’re struggling, please reach out — in the US or Canada, call or text 988, any time.

Can others see what I write?

Private by default. No one sees anything unless you choose to share it.

What happens at the end?

You receive a graduation letter and memory album, all your data is handed back to you, and then our copy is deleted.

Does it cost anything?

We’ll publish clear pricing before launch. Reading your letters and downloading your memories will always be free.
